**Cliffy Short - Just Plain Old Country**
	Paul has known Cliff since the late 1950’s, having met him at the Craing Plaza Jamboree. His show was full of life and it was evident then, and still true today, Cliff loves to entertain. He has stayed true to his country roots with this C.D. I met Cliff about 3 years ago and what a privilege it is to work with such a fine artist! Cliff is one of the most sincere and genuine persons I have had the privilege to get to know. We wish you continued success and many blessings as you share your music with your fans! ***Cliffy Short - Dedication To My Wife***
	This CD is in honour and memory of someone very special, my darling wife, Norma, who passed away on January 17th, 2004 of pancreatic cancer. Eleven of the thirteen songs are those that she always wanted me to record. The song, “Sedona, Arizona” was written by Norma and I after we spent two weeks in Arizona. We fell in love with the town of Sedona and decided to write this song. A minimum of $5.00 from the sale of each CD is being donated to the Credit Valley Carlo Fidani Cancer Centre.

	I have known Cliff for almost forty years. It has been my absolute privilege to have been able to have him as my close friend for all this time. When Cliff approached me to record this C.D., I was thrilled and excited to have the chance to work with my great friend once again. I cut my first record in 1958. It was distributed by Quality Records. Tommy Ambrose, Ronnie Hawkins, Cliffy Short, Jerry Banks and myself were part of the new roster of releases. Cliffy and I met for the first time in the waiting room of Quality Records. I saddled up to him right away. We were excited and slightly nervous, this was the big time and we were there to meet the ‘big wigs’, Harry Maislow and Dan Bass, to sign contracts. We met occasionally through the years on radio shows and at country events. Cliffy has a way of including people he likes in comedy skits (Mutt & Jeff kind of jokes). The people loved it and so did I. Cliffy, I’d be a straight man for you anytime! Love ya.....Dallas Harms
