	Having the pleasure to record, “Just Plain Old Country”, with Cliffy a few years back, it was easy to hear that Cliff had found some magic within himself, fueled by his love for country music. I am proud to say that Cliff has done it again with, “Time That’s Passing By”. He has created an album that once again captures his timeless charm and honesty as a musician and entertainer. When you meet Cliff for your first time, you feel like you have known him all your life. From his roots in New Brunswick, Cliff has been a major influence on the Ontario and Canadian Country Music scenes with his wonderful talent and charisma. I consider it a great honour and privilege to be associated and play with Cliff. One thing is for sure, he may be “Short” (Cliffy Short that is!) but he stands mighty tall among his peers!
